I just did at the Marblehead "Y" this morning. It's easy to make happen. Down load the swim waiver on our website www.rocknrow.org and take it to YMCA. I paid $8.00 at the front desk ($5.00 if you're a member). Hunt down one of the pool directors and they'll set you up for the swim exam w/the lifeguard on duty. Swim 100 yards (back and forth twice) and a few more minutes to show you can float around and you're done. (Just make sure that they fill out your paper before you leave.)
When completed,send the original to Thomas Vogel (RnR Member Chairperson) 30 Farragut Road Swampscott, MA 01907 and keep a copy for your records.
It beats taking a dip in the ocean this time of year and gets you ready to Rock(nrow) when the season breaks.
Please note: it is required for the 2010 season (But you guys knew that from reading April's newsletter)
